Your acupuncture session may be the first in a series of treatments designed to meet your needs depending on your condition. Electro-Acupuncture

More gentle than TENS unit therapy, small electrical leads are attached to needle sites to provide pain relief from muscle spasm or connective tissue damage. This painless therapy can be very effective in post-surgical rehabilitation, neuropathy or chronic pain conditions. Electro-acupuncture can be employed solely or as an adjunct to your scheduled session.

Traditional glass fire cups are placed on specific acupuncture point cluster areas to provide increased circulation. Originally applied as a cough and upper respiratory remedy, this adjunct therapy is great for chronic muscle/fascia tension commonly of the neck/shoulders/back. Book as an individual treatment or request to add to your acupuncture session. (Caution: visible marks on treated areas may remain for several days, please keep these areas covered and protected while you heal)

Chinese herbal medicine is a very large part of the Eastern Medicine paradigm. Carefully selected herbal products are curated from stringently vetted sources and composed into specific formulations designed for your specific needs. These treatments have been very successful in treating digestive disorders, upper respiratory infection, menstrual dysfunction, hormonal imbalance and a multitude of internal medicine complaints.
